Chemical Inventory

Keep a hazardous chemical inventory that includes the chemical name, location in laboratory, and hazard classification. You can use the form provided in Part 3 of the CHP, the excel file provided at the EHSO website http://www.uic.edu/depts/envh or your own file kept on a database or spreadsheet on your computer. Update this inventory at least annually.
