Course Description

Clinical trial management encompasses all activities involved in conducting research studies to evaluate medical interventions, from initial planning to data analysis and reporting. It involves ensuring trial success, protecting patient safety, maintaining regulatory compliance, and optimizing trial efficiency. This is often overseen by a Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) who is responsible for overseeing the team and ensuring the trial runs smoothly. In this career presentation, Dr. Mary Hidde will discuss her experience as a CTM at Medpace.
