The Office of Research Services (ORS) invites the UIC research community to attend a Grants.gov workshop session.
Grants.gov is an e-government initiative designed to improve access to government services via a web based portal that allows individuals to search for funding from over 1000 grant programs, from 26 federal grant-making agencies that provide over $400 billion in annual awards. Visit the Grants.gov web site for more information on the 26 federal grant-making agencies.
Who Should Attend:
The workshop will introduce participants to the Grants.gov electronic application process and prepare UIC faculty and staff for the internal procedures for submitting these applications.
